After spending time with Xibin and his children at our company picnic on August 24th, 2011 he approached me afterwards with some exceptionally kind feedback. I remember him telling me how much his children had fun playing with me (we tossed frisbees and footballs), and he gave me one of the most sincere compliments that I'd ever received when he told me that he thought I would make a terrific father (I don't have children). His comment struck me as being so very kind and sincere, and I will never forget that terrific memory of Xibin. I will always miss him as he was a great man, a great father, and a very thoughtful and considerate co-worker.
